It is such a perk to living in a town that has the history of Wadsworth Mansion at my doorstep. Driving up the tree lined driveway and seeing the pillars always is such a stunning view. The weather was very refreshing at 45 degree considering Mother Nature has been playing hot and cold with us with the temps. I was so afraid the models would be too cold to go outside!

This shoot was hosted by Sarah of Brehant Creations. This is my second time participating in one of her shoots and I must say hers are hands down the best! I got to meet new photographers and actually see others I follow in real life as well as other familiar faces. Everyone was so relaxed and that always makes it an enjoyable experience! The purple and yellow color combination went along with the weather too and made me very ready for spring.

I couldn't get over the florals and the arch done by The Gardenist! The light and shadows when we took one of the models into the forest are some of my favorites. The tattooed beauty served some fierce looks especially paired with that purple leather jacket but didn't take herself too seriously. I love making brides laugh and having the movement in images. Just shaking it out and having fun on your wedding day is what it's all about.

The actual couple of Melinda & Jared made me happy because these two never had a photographer for their 2012 wedding. I can't believe how many images they'll have now. Melinda's cheekbones made for easy portraits and considering neither of them have modeled before they knocked it out!!
