September involved many fun things. It has to be one of my favorite months - start of cooler weather (sort of) and definite permissions to decorate for fall. The month started with Labor Day holiday, some birthdays including my beautiful mother and my college roommate and Michael's uncle. We got together to celebrate mom with cake and hanging out by the pool playing Scrabble which is her favorite. Friends got together at Sicily which I've written about before. It is Italian and delish! Tons of pizza options and yummy desserts.

Mike had his fantasy football shenanigan's which I benefited from Neil's Donuts and and bagels. He has such a good time with everyone. Some cooler nights led to some fire pit fun with the dogs. We also managed to power wash and stain the deck and by we I mean Mike and our friend Beanie. They did such a good job I just didn't get any before or after photos unfortunately.

I managed to get to the Durham Fair with my sister, brother in law and the kids. We ate and enjoyed the day! It felt like forever since I've been and it's one of my favorite things to experience in Connecticut and ushers in my favorite season. I also managed to do some light decorating as well!
