Dying to get out and shoot since winter months are so slow in Connecticut, I decided to run a Valentine's day couple shoot giveaway! It's the first time doing something like this so I wasn't sure anyone would want a mini shoot especially since men aren't so agreeable for photos. Lucky enough there was a positive response and one of my past couple won!

Now Aspen and Mike are special in my heart being the very first wedding I photographed professionally back in 2016! They never did an engagement session with me and since they are parents to four kids, never get photos of just themselves. This time together was well deserved. We picked Essex Steam Train yard which I was dying to shoot at. When it came to the outfit boy did they deliver -- they had gone to a gala the night before and had the tux & dress just in their back pocket ready to be picture perfect.

All the red from her dress to the train cars really made this the perfect Valentine's Day shoot! Wrapping up love month never looked so good...
